All Used Equipment is sold AS IS. New carries the manufacturers warranty. (Late Model used may have balance of manufacturers warranty).

Prior to Purchase: We encourage customers to run, drive, utilize and inspect the equipment prior to purchase. We have areas that allow mowing, digging, loading or just driving the equipment. We want the customer to know what they are buying. We gladly will provide space and time to anyone who cares to have a professional in the field inspect any equipment prior to purchase.

Price: All prices are subject to sales tax unless a valid tax exemption (example: resale, farm, municipal, non-profit) can be documented. All prices are FOB Webster Machinery.

Payment: We accept company or personal checks BUT the equipment cannot be removed from Webster Machinery prior to check clearing the bank (normally 5 business days). We prefer certified funds payable to Webster Machinery. Wire transfers are acceptable during normal business hours. We will, in certain instances, consider a Bank Letter of Credit. Letter must state a maximum dollar figure, account number and check number (this can be done only during banking hours).

SORRY we do not accept any Credit Cards or Credit Card Checks.

Financing: We also offer financing through a local bank as a courtesy. Minimum amount to finance is $1000 and is subject to credit approval. We can and will work with any lending institution on the customers' behalf, supplying Serial numbers, descriptions or any pertinent information needed.

Delivery: All equipment is sold FOB Webster Machinery. Webster Machinery has no method of delivery. We contract all deliveries through either local trucking firms or brokerages for out of state sales. We can get very competitive rates and will gladly arrange the delivery but all charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Locally we have a couple of trailer rental firms that have trailers up to 8000 pounds.
